Information used for enquiries and bookings
For shared rooms, we also save your sharing arrangement, bed preference and, if you are travelling with someone, their full name so Rally can match your bookings.
Enquiry forms request names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, retreat preferences, guest counts and messages. The Zelle checkout collects the contact and address details needed for your reservation.
Rally’s checkout page does not collect bank account numbers or banking passwords. Do not include medical records, bank credentials or other sensitive information in a general enquiry or payment reference.
Customer checkout
Checkout collects your name, email, phone number, address, room choice and acknowledgement of the booking terms. The booking service saves these details and emails your reservation to Mark when you continue to payment. Your Zelle transfer happens in your banking app. Reporting payment does not verify receipt or confirm your booking; Rally verifies the bank receipt and room availability separately.
Necessary tab-session storage saves your reference and private status token so you can reopen your payment instructions. Hosting and external resources can receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details.
Rally newsletter
If you choose to subscribe, we use your email address and optional first name to send Rally retreat news and offers. The newsletter checkbox is separate from booking and starts unchecked. Subscribing is optional and does not affect your booking.
Resend stores newsletter contacts and manages mailing-list subscriptions. Rally also records when and where you opted in, together with the version of the consent wording. We do not add booking guests to the newsletter automatically. You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter or contact mark@rallytravelretreats.com.

- Existing live enquiry forms use FormSubmit to email enquiries to Mark; enquiries are sent directly to Mark.
- Fonts, maps and other existing external resources may connect to their respective providers when you browse.
Use, retention and requests
Booking information is used to answer enquiries, arrange the retreat, match payments, communicate booking updates and maintain necessary business records. Marketing choices should be separate from booking acceptance.
You can contact Mark to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Which requests apply and which records must be retained depend on the applicable rules and business circumstances.
Cookies and browser storage
The website remembers your cookie choices for 180 days after an explicit choice. Analytics and marketing are off by default. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager measure visits, newsletter signups, enquiries, checkout progress and verified payments. Rally sends interaction names, room choice, USD amount, payment method and an opaque transaction ID, without guest names, emails, phone numbers, addresses or bank details. With your consent, Rally stores Google client/session IDs alongside the payment reference until consent expires (up to 180 days) or you withdraw it, so payments can be measured after you close the page. IDs are erased on expiry or withdrawal; events already received by Google are not automatically removed. Advertising tags are not installed. Checkout uses necessary tab-session storage for your saved reservation.
