Payment & booking safety
Your details are sent to Mark when you continue to payment. Pay the displayed room price through Stripe ACH or through Zelle using your booking reference. Stripe confirms ACH settlement electronically; for Zelle, report the transfer after sending it. Mark verifies the bank receipt and room availability before sending confirmation.
Booking status
- Availability checkedRally checks guest capacity and the selected room arrangement before asking for payment.
- Payment pending verificationA bank authorization or Zelle screenshot is not confirmation of funds received.
- Payment verifiedRally checks the Stripe payment status or the actual bank receipt and matches it to the guest record.
- Booking confirmedRally sends written confirmation with room choice, retreat dates, amount and booking reference.

Zelle does not offer purchase protection. Check the recipient details with Rally before sending money, and use the agreed room amount and a clear payment reference. Rally must verify the receipt in its bank account before confirming the booking.

Protect your information
Rally will never need your banking password. Enter bank credentials only in the relevant bank or Stripe flow. Contact Mark using the details on Rally’s site if a payment request changes unexpectedly.
Rooms and guest capacity
The retreat is advertised for up to 24 guests. That is a group limit, not a real-time availability counter. Rally must keep one booking register across Stripe and Zelle, including pending room holds, so the same place is not sold twice.
