Who you are booking with

Your booking is with RALLY TRAVEL RETREATS LLC. Booking enquiries are handled by Mark at mark@rallytravelretreats.com or 214-799-5662.

Your Phuket retreat

13–21 February 2027 · eight nights at Sole Mio Boutique Hotel & Wellness · up to 24 guests.

Room arrangements and availability must be confirmed by Rally before a booking is accepted. Shared-room pairing and occupancy arrangements need to be agreed with Mark.

What is included

• Eight nights at Sole Mio Boutique Hotel & Wellness.
• Daily breakfast.
• Five coached tennis mornings at KĀHLĪ Tennis Academy.
• Return hotel–academy shuttles for the five tennis mornings.
• The KĀHLĪ welcome pack listed on the retreat page.

Flights, travel insurance, optional excursions, special dinners, other meals and transfers beyond the included hotel–academy shuttle are additional costs.

Payment and booking confirmation

Full payment is required to confirm your place. The booking process is: You submit your reservation details, pay the selected room amount through Zelle, and report the transfer. Rally verifies the bank receipt and room availability before accepting the booking and sending written confirmation. A payment screenshot, browser confirmation screen or submitted bank authorization is not proof that Rally has received cleared funds.

Rally adds no checkout fee; the room prices above are in USD. Any currency conversion and fees shown by your bank should be checked before authorizing payment.

Bank details are entered in your banking app. Never send bank login credentials or account numbers to Rally by email or through an enquiry form.

Cancellation and refunds

50% of the trip payment is refundable if you cancel before January 1, 2027. After January 1, 2027, payments are non-refundable.
